Self Indulgent took the BM72 at Doomben by the scruff of the neck today and controlled the race from the start to finish in her strong win on Saturday
Ridden by apprentice Cejay Graham, she jumped away strongly and landed outside the leader after 300m, and from the point she was in a prime position to control the race.
Entering the straight she took a little必利勁 time to straighten up and balance herself before she sprinted past the leader and won convincingly at the finish by just over a length, giving none of his rivals any chance down the straight.
She is now setup to target better races in the upcoming Brisbane Winter Carnival off the back of her strong win.
