Alleze got his racing career off to a winning start today at Murwillumbah, with a professional maiden win in a small field.
Ridden by Andrew Mallyon as the short priced favourite, he was able to take luck out of the equation, and controlled the tempo from the front.
He was challenged at the top of the straight by his main danger but showed he was well educated and knuckled down to run away from his challenger and win strongly by a length on the line.
He showed he was a colt with plenty of promise, and a horse to watch out for during the Auutmn.
